I had such a good time with this young couple during this engagement session. We decided to do the engagement session at Lake Wannawhoo right outside of Wahoo Nebraska. This is just a cool spot for engagement photography as it offers such a diverse range of photo opportunities. It has water, trees, fields and so much more.

Lake Wannawho is a brand new lake, it has a unique feature in that there as trees in the middle of the lake.

Wow what a cool place to get married in Omaha Ne. Just down the road from Fontenelle forest. The bride choose such a beautiful location. As a photographer, I loved working with this beautiful young couple on such a beautiful summers day in the Midwest. They where so easy going and relaxed, just a pleasure for a photographer to work with.

Mt. Vernon Gardens, as a wedding location, offers a lot in such a small space. It has classical architecture, which always lends itself well to weddings. Plenty of shade for everyone. Mature trees and shrubs. A flower garden and much more. There are no bathrooms so be aware of that. If you are a bride thinking about getting married at Mt. Vernon gardens i do recommend it from a photographers perspective.

We choose the Fremont State Lakes for this session, which offers a ton of scenery options, it's such a beautiful location, we are lucking to have such a spot just a few miles from my studio.

This boy has had this bear since the day he was born, and been by his side for 7 years now. I wanted to capture my son's connection with this bear, before he starts getting older. You can tell this bear has been well loved, he is not a plump and a bit ragged, but again just signs of being well loved.

I had so much fun working with these two girls.
You have to capture this time, it's so important, they grow up way to fast. I have followed this mom along for awhile now, from doing her Senior portraits, then to her maturnity session. So i was really looking forward to meeting her baby girl, such a cutie!
